In another post via X, MARA also told followers that they can see the Bitcoin block inscriptions by themselves.

MARA Announces $250M Private Senior Notes Offering

Earlier today, MARA announced a proposed private offering of $250 million in convertible senior notes.

According to official notes, MARA intends to use the net proceeds from the notes’ sale to buy more Bitcoin and for general corporate purposes including the following:

  • Working capital
  • Strategic acquisitions
  • Expansion of existing assets
  • Debt and other outstanding obligations repayments

Also, in the X post announcing the decision to buy more Bitcoin, MARA Chairman, Fred Thiel, also made a reference at Michael Saylor.

Speaking of Saylor, we recently brought up the fact that in a 2020 tweet, he was writing that he owned 17,732 BTC worth around $1 billion. He also said that he bought BTC at $9,882 for each coin on average.

The USA “Shouldn’t Sell Its Bitcoin”

Related to the fact that MARA is stamping its Bitcoin blocks with “Made in USA”, Donald Trump recently said that he would make sure that all Bitcoin would be mined in the USA.

During a June gathering, Trump met with some of the biggest private and public American miners including reps from Riot Platforms, Marathon, Terawulf, CleanSpark, CoreScientific, Arkon Energy, Cholla Energy, and Exacore, as reported by CNBC.

Also, recently, Trump highlighted that it’s imperative that the USA stops selling its Bitcoin reserves and instead should be working on boosting its holdings.

Speaking of Trump, the former US President is back on X, and later today, at 8 pm ET, he is invited by Elon Musk to discuss unscripted subjects during a Live Spaces via X.

This is unscripted with no limits on subject matter, so should be highly entertaining!

If you have specific questions & comments, post them under the chat.

Trump has also previously announced his online meeting with Musk via his Truth Social account.
