At The Bitcoin Conference, on July 27, Trump delivered a historical speech, showing his strong support for Bitcoin and the crypto industry.

At the beginning of his speech, Trump showed support for the Winklevoss twins, Cathie Wood, Rand Paul, and more, along with the victims of the July 13 assassination attempt.

Bitcoin, the 9th Most Valuable Asset in the World

Trump also highlighted the fact that Bitcoin rose from an idea on an anonymous message board to the 9th most valuable asset in the world.

He said that the US must lead in tech, science, manufacturing, AI, space, and power generation. Trump also said that Bitcoin will be mined, minted, and made in the USA, and if it goes to the moon, it will get there from the USA.

He also addressed the Biden/Harris administration and how it waged war on crypto for the past three and a half years.

Trump said he supports Bitcoin because it stands for freedom, sovereignty, and independence from government coercion and control.

The End of the Anti-Crypto Crusade

He also promised that on day one of his Presidency, he would fire Gary Gensler, and the anti-crypto crusade would be over.

The former US President also said that he would create a Bitcoin and Crypto Presidential Advisory Council, and in 100 days, fair rules would be written by people who support the thriving of crypto.

He also said that the US Government has violated the vital rule of never selling your Bitcoin, and he promised to stop this from happening again. He also mentioned that he would commute the life sentence of Ross Ulbricht to time served.

Trump promised to become the pro-innovation, pro-Bitcoin, and pro-tech President that the US deserves.

Also, Senator Cynthia Lummis announced legislation for a Strategic Bitcoin reserve in the USA during the conference.

On July 26, we reported that the former US President raised over $4 million in BTC and crypto.
