as described in the Christian Science Monitor and pointed out by the invaluable Atrios, reminds me a bit of the way the Houston Miracle is getting whipped. First it was the risible dropout statistics in the school district, and now it appears as though the pride of Texas has been dramatically underreporting incidents of violence in the schools.
Can a Five Year Plan be far behind? I swear, this is government by Hegel.
