That is why he hired Bob Bennett. It&#039;s not about reputation. It&#039;s about getting an all time great dealmaker to persuade the bank to pay up - with the money of the poorest people on earth - so Wolfowitz will go away nicely.

What&#039;s totally in character for Wolfowitz, and for any standard carrier for the Bush administration, is the utter disregard for the larger issues, for the institutional issues, for the common good. Wolfowitz will focus on getting what&#039;s good for Wolfowitz, and the rest can hang.</description>
