If the city puts up a *stupid* traffic light, then yes, we should berate the city. But even if we're talking about a sensible traffic light, the analogy doesn't hold. A traffic light brings order, and is meant to prevent death and destruction. War brings chaos, and is meant to cause death and destruction. I could go on, but you get the idea.
