The opening sentence states, "Witnesses told a federal grand jury President George W. Bush knew about, and took no action to stop, the release of a covert CIA operative's name to a journalist in an attempt to discredit her husband, a critic of administration policy in Iraq.. If this story is correct, then "Dubya" would appear to have violated that special part of the Presidential oath of office that requires the President to take care that the laws are faithfully executed.. With this White House leak, it appears that this opportunity has already been missed. I doubt that the Bush Administration ever even considered it.
